Step 2

We’ll survey your space

If you choose to go ahead with your staircase design, your designer will work closely with one of our expert surveyors to capture every detail for a smooth, fuss-free fit. From there, we’ll take care of everything, so you won’t have to worry about a thing.

Step 3

Your plans and elevations

Once our surveyor is completely happy with every measurement and detail, you’ll receive a full set of plans and elevation drawings. These give you a clear, accurate picture of your new staircase design, so you can visualise exactly how it will look before anything is made.

Step 4

Making your Staircase

Your staircase is crafted by hand in our UK factory, where traditional joinery meets advanced CNC machinery for expert precision. Every component is carefully made to measure, combining skilled craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology to ensure a flawless finish, every time.

Step 5

Bringing it all together

Our expert joinery team will fit your staircase – specialists who install staircases day in, day out. With years of experience and a keen eye for detail, they know exactly what they’re doing, ensuring a smooth and professional installation with minimal disruption to your home.
