When you book a design visit, an experienced staircase designer will spend time discussing your ideas, and show you with an array of samples how these can look in a range of beautiful bespoke finishes.

02 Speak to a designer

Once you have agreed the plans for your staircase, one of our surveyors will perform a meticulous survey of the area; double checking the smallest details to ensure a seamless and fuss-free fit.

03 Choose a finance option

When our surveyor is 100% happy with the measurements, plans and elevations will be drawn up for your approval. You will also be assigned a personal client liaison co-ordinator who will be available to assist you at every stage of the process.

Option 1

Buy now, pay in 9 months

Buy now pay in 9 months finance offer is available on orders over £3,000 + VAT with a minimum deposit of 25%. 19.9% APR representative. Interest is calculated from the start of the agreement, which means that interest will accrue during the holiday period. Credit is subject to status and affordability, terms and conditions apply.

Option 2

Spread the cost over a maximum of 84 months

Interest bearing flexible credit is available on orders over £3,000 + VAT with a minimum deposit of 25%. 12.9% APR representative. Finance available over 36 – 84 monthly instalments. Credit is subject to status and affordability.

If you have a complaint relating to your finance agreement

If your complaint relates to the finance linked to your purchase you can still let us know about this, but we will forward it on to your credit provider Novuna.

Novuna will acknowledge your complaint and investigate it thoroughly and issue their response within eight weeks.

 

What to do if you can’t reach an agreement

If you are not satisfied with Novuna’s response to your complaint relating to the finance agreement, you may be able to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You must contact them within six months of the date of Novuna’s final response letter to you.
